"Hey," they all responded and I looked at him.
"What are you doing here?" I asked, trying to hide my annoyance. The guys were now standing a few feet away, watching in excitement.
"I just thought I'd check in and see how you and your friends were doing," my brother asked as he placed his elbows on the table, crossing his arms. "So how are you guys?" Before they could answer, he turned his gaze on Sam. "I haven't seen much of you around."
