Axel got up with a huff and moved his stuff to the other side of the room. I allowed myself to stretch out my neck, turning to look at him. He was staring at me in annoyance as if I was the cause of his removal. He looked over at the teacher before pulling his phone from his pocket, hiding it beneath his backpack, which was on the desk.
