In the beginning, there was only the Great Void—a boundless expanse where nothing existed, yet everything was possible. From this emptiness emerged two beings: White and Black. They were not born, nor created; they simply were, embodying pure essence and purpose. White represented harmony, light, and creation, while Black embodied mystery, ambition, and complexity.
White brought warmth and calm to the void, his radiant light illuminating the vast emptiness. His power was creation itself, giving form and life to ideas yet unimagined. Black, on the other hand, thrived in the contrast, reveling in the hidden and uncharted. His gift was transformation; he could bend energies, explore depths, and manipulate forms in ways White could not. Together, they brought balance, weaving realms and filling them with beauty.
For ages, White and Black worked side by side, creating a harmonious world. Yet, over time, a dark desire grew within Black—a craving for his own realm, untouched by White’s light. This yearning began to fester, casting shadows over their once-perfect balance.
One day, White sensed that their shared power alone could not sustain the realms they had created. Creation needed diversity. So, White and Black pooled their powers to bring three new beings into existence: Red, Blue, and Yellow.
Each of these new beings possessed a fragment of White’s light and Black’s depth, unique in essence and form. Red was a being of fierce passion and unwavering determination, wielding the power of fire and magma. His flames held both creation and destruction, igniting courage and inspiring fear. Blue was calm and introspective, the guardian of water and ice, with the power to heal, soothe, and protect. He could manipulate vast bodies of water, using it as a fluid and unbreakable defense. Yellow was boundless energy, embodying both the radiance of light and the force of thunder. His strikes were blinding and powerful, capable of illuminating any darkness and filling minds with clarity.
These new beings flourished, learning from White and creating wonders of their own. They roamed the realms, bringing harmony, wisdom, and growth. Together, White and his creations wove worlds rich in life, beauty, and balance. But Black’s dissatisfaction grew as he watched the beings draw closer to White, seeking his guidance and thriving under his light. In their glow, Black felt his own essence diminish, overshadowed by White’s harmonious creations. He began to wonder—what if he, too, could create beings that reflected his power alone?
Driven by jealousy, Black retreated to the dark corners of the realms, where light could not reach. There, he secretly crafted new beings, pouring his ambition and bitterness into them. He created Dark Gray and Light Gray, shadows born not of harmony, but of his desire to spread his influence across the realms. Dark Gray was the embodiment of fear and deception, able to cloak himself in shadows and manipulate perceptions, bending reality to Black’s will. Light Gray was the master of illusion and subtlety, able to craft visions, distort truths, and deceive even the wisest. She could offer glimpses of beauty or horror, depending on her mood.
With the Shades now at his side, Black felt a surge of power, and his darkness grew stronger, fed by their loyalty and the fear they inspired. One fateful day, Black reveals his creation to White. At first, White was saddened rather than angry, urging Black to release the Shades and return to balance. He promised that, together, they could mend the divide that had begun to grow between them. But Black refused; he wanted a realm of his own, and the loyalty of his Shades was proof he could wield power without White.
In a moment of pure rage, Black struck, casting a shadow across White and shattering their ancient bond. Before White could react, Black lashed out with all his strength, delivering a dark blow that severed White’s essence. With a new weapon Black had dubbed “Spear of Darkness” White’s light flickered and dimmed as he fell, unable to stand against the attack. With White incapacitated, the realms trembled. The first war between light and darkness had begun.
With White out of commission, Black turned his wrath against the Colors. Red, Blue, and Yellow rallied, standing together as they prepared to face Black and his Shades in battle.
“How could Black do that?” Blue asked
“It doesn’t matter now… with White gone we need to stop Black” Red replied
“HE’S MINE! I’M GONNA KILL HIM FOR WHAT HE’S DONE!” Yellow screamed.
“Relax, you’re no match for him, not alone” Blue said
“One of us needs to stall black while the other two take care of those Shades, once they’re done, we can fight Black all at once.” Red stated, with confidence in his plan.
Blue and Yellow nodded.
“I’ll go, you guys can’t handle Black anyways…” Yellow exclaimed proudly.
Red and Blue although hesitant at first, decided to have faith in their comrade.
Black arrived with the shades to kill the colours, not knowing the colours awaited them. As Black, Light Gray and Dark Gray approached, the colours ambushed them. They split off into their separate battles.
Red faced Dark Gray on the battlefield. The air around Red crackled with heat as he summoned his magma, transforming the ground beneath him into a lake of molten fire. Dark Gray, however, moved through the shadows like smoke, avoiding the searing heat and weaving around Red’s fiery attacks. Red, realizing Dark Gray’s agility, forced the magma into narrow streams, directing them with intense focus, creating a shifting maze of molten rivers that left Dark Gray with nowhere to hide. But Dark Gray fought back with fear, sending waves of darkness spiraling toward Red’s mind, clouding his judgment and feeding on his doubts. Red’s flames flickered for a moment, but his passion roared to life again, burning away the illusions. The magma surged, creating a wave of fire that scorched Dark Gray, forcing him to retreat into the shadows once more.
Meanwhile, Blue faced Light Gray with quiet determination, his calm presence a stark contrast to the frenzied fight around them. Blue summoned towering waves and sheets of ice, defending against Light Gray’s illusions. But Light Gray crafted visions that tried to trick Blue—making it seem as though the battle was lost, that his friends were falling one by one. Blue, sensing the falseness, summoned a great storm of ice, the freezing wind tearing through Light Gray’s illusions. As the ice storm raged, Light Gray attempted one last trick: she cast a vision that made her appear as White himself, pleading for mercy. Blue hesitated but then released a torrent of freezing water, breaking through the illusion and leaving Light Gray trapped, encased in a frozen prison.
Now, it was Yellow who stood before Black himself. Yellow burst forth, holding nothing back. Hoping to end this fight fast. Hitting Black with strike after strike. Landing direct attacks on Black while skillfully evading any counters. However Black had a secret weapon, he manifest his spear, and charged at Yellow. Yellow tried to block the attack but didn’t know this weapon cannot be blocked. It struck Yellow’s chest, causing great damage. Wounded but resolute, Yellow summoned every ounce of his power, calling down a storm of lightning that set the skies ablaze. Bolts rained down upon Black, the ground itself trembling under Yellow’s relentless assault. Yellow’s light grew brighter and brighter, searing into Black’s shadows, forcing him back. But Black was relentless, absorbing each strike, his darkness adapting and growing stronger with each blow. Worn out, Yellow raised his hands to call down one final, blinding surge of thunder and lightning, pouring his entire essence into the attack. Hitting Black with Everything he had left, he stood proud. But it was not enough, Black had arisen once again, and this time swung his Spear of Darkness at yellow, hitting him in his torso. Almost cutting Yellow in half and leaving him near death on the ground. As black was about to deliver the finishing blow, he was struck by something he had never seen before, a powerful blast unlike anything he had ever encountered. With a coloration he had never seen before either. Almost like a mixture of Blue and Red.
“How did you like that? Bastard!” Red and Blue roared in unison.
Black was sent staggering back, now Red and Blue joined forces, though both were exhausted from their own battles. They faced Black together, each relying on the other to make up for their injuries and weaknesses. Red unleashed rivers of fire, creating barriers of molten magma to slow Black’s advance, while Blue summoned walls of ice to reinforce the defense, forming a landscape of fire and ice. Black moved through the battlefield with a terrifying grace, his darkness slipping around Red’s flames and seeping through Blue’s ice. Realizing that Black was too powerful to be defeated by strength alone, the two worked in perfect unison, their powers converging as fire melted ice into a mist that enveloped the battlefield.
In the mist, Black’s form became harder to define, and Red and Blue used the cover to launch combined attacks, one after another. Red ignited the mist into flashes of fire, while Blue froze it into shards of ice that pierced through Black’s shadows. The battle was fierce and unyielding, but with the last of their strength, Red and Blue managed a final, coordinated assault—a blinding flash of ice and fire that struck Black with such force that he was thrown back, his shadows faltering.
Exhausted and barely standing, Red and Blue had won. But as they looked at Yellow’s still form, they realized they had lost a piece of their light. Blue knelt beside Yellow and, with a deep sense of sorrow and gratitude, placed his hand upon him. Blue’s essence began to flow into Yellow, intertwining their energies in a way that had never been done before. In this exchange, Blue’s water and Yellow’s light mingled, creating a new hue—a vibrant, glowing green.
As the life essence flowed, Yellow’s light returned, but something had changed. Green emerged from the union of Blue and Yellow’s powers, embodying both the resilience of life and the growth that followed every hardship. Green was a being of growth and healing, able to restore life to barren lands and mend even the most grievous wounds. His presence brought renewal, and he could channel the forces of nature, summoning vines and plants to protect and nurture.
With Green by their side, the Colors returned to White, who had begun to recover, thanks to their victory. Together, they vowed to safeguard the realms against any future threats, knowing that balance would always be tested. With Black and his Shades banished to a realm of shadow, the Colors set about restoring the realms. White, weakened but wise, guided them, teaching them to work together, their combined powers creating a harmony that would last for eons. And though Black was imprisoned, they knew his whispers would continue to echo through the dark places in the realms. But now, with Green among them, they felt stronger, ready to heal and renew whatever Black might one day seek to destroy.
To make sure Black could not challenge the safety of the realm, the colours came together and banished Black to the void. Exiled for an eternity, with no way back. As a final measure, the colours came together again. This time to fuse their souls and create a new existence. To destroy this existence and replace it. The beings made an ultimate sacrifice. Exchanging their lives to create a new cosmos. Life would exist on its on, with no meddling from beings. This life would have free will, to do as it pleases. The colours would become one spectrum, that would make up all things which exist in the realm. Perhaps this new life will create something of their own as well.
