The Rhino GX stopped, and the car door opened. A pair of beautiful legs emerged. Those legs were smooth and delicate, made even more alluring and seductive by the black stockings covering them.

The next moment, a long-haired girl stepped out of the car, her face mostly hidden by sunglasses.

Kendrick's eyes glazed over. He felt his desire burning in his lower body.

'What a sexy chick!' Kendrick felt an uncontrollable urge. But the next second, he saw the girl walk straight to Harvey and throw herself into his arms. "Harvey!"

Kendrick was dumbfounded. How could Harvey be related to such a girl?

Harvey looked surprised but then smiled. "Ava, what are you doing here?"

Ava was his sister in name. In reality, they were neither blood-related nor shared the same parents, but they had grown up together and were closer than real siblings.

"You are in trouble, so I must come?" Ava retorted. She glanced at the petty thugs surrounding Harvey and then turned to Rocky, "What, don't you recognize my car?"

Rocky's face paled, and he forced a smile as he and his men fled away.

Kendrick's face darkened. 'What's going on? Her car scared everyone away. Who is this woman exactly?'

At this moment, Ava noticed the bandage on Harvey's head, a cold gleam in her eyes. "Who did this?" Her icy gaze fell on Kendrick and Chloe as she gritted her teeth. "I'm asking you, who did this?"

"I did! What are you gonna do about it? How dare you destroy Ken's car? You're asking for it!" Chloe looked at Ava's face and then at Kendrick's infatuated expression, feeling a pang of jealousy and anger.

Ava walked up to Chloe, grabbing her chin fiercely, "Who the hell are you? Many women cry and beg to marry Harvey, but you don't appreciate him. And now you cheated on him with other men? What a slut!"

Slap!

Ava slapped Chloe across the face.

Chloe was furious, "How dare you hit me, you b***h? I'll kill you!" She lunged at Ava ferociously, but Ava kicked her to the ground.

Chloe screamed in pain, lying on the ground, "Ken! Hit her!"

"He? How dare him!" Ava sneered at Kendrick, who wanted to step forward but was intimidated by her gaze.

Ava smirked and walked back to the Rhino GX, "I heard from Harvey that you love luxury cars, branded makeup, and bags, right?" She took out a cardboard box from the car, tossing it in front of Chloe casually.

Inside the cardboard box were at least a dozen high-end shopping bags of luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Hermès, and Prada. For Chloe, who often browsed luxury websites, recognizing these brands wasn't hard.

Chloe's eyes widened, and she even forgot the pain on her face. She was breathing heavily, her eyes filled with unspeakable greed.

"And then there's this car, the latest model of the USSV Rhino GX. It costs 555 thousand dollars, with a custom Californian modification that brought it over by air freight. After modifications, it's worth at least a million dollars. Until last night, all these were going to be your gifts." Ava smirked, patting the car.

'What? A car worth a million dollars for me?' Chloe's eyes reddened with disbelief and greed. Kendrick was shocked as well, swallowing hard.

"But now I have to ask you, Chloe, do you deserve it?" Ava's gaze turned cold as she withdrew her eyes from Chloe, crouched down, and pushed aside the high-end shopping bags. She pulled out some luxury perfumes buried beneath the cardboard box.

Ava twisted off the caps, and poured several bottles worth as much as Kendrick's Audi into the box. She then grabbed a cigarette from her purse, lit it, and tossed the lighter directly into the box.

Whoosh!

Flames erupted, and the luxury items quickly succumbed to the fire.

"No, don't!" Chloe screamed, rushing forward in a vain attempt to stop it. 'These were mine!'

But the scorching flames blocked Chloe's way. The mixed scent of burning perfume and cardboard filled her nostrils, and she felt her heart breaking. "Why? Why are you burning them?" she screamed.
