At dawn, the maids entered the opulent bedroom where Tiana sat amidst plush furnishing and soft golden light. They didn't say much to her and immediately started getting her ready for the hunt. Tiana's gaze drifted to the windows, where the first hits of dawn crept over the horizon. As the maids continued to dress her, her thoughts drifted far away from the opulent and weird old castle. She shut her eyes, and her mind swam back to her little down. She pictured her mother's worried face, and her father's determined expression as he searched for her, and her little sister's tears streaming down her red cheeks.
