“We have found your parents. Both your biological parents and your human parents. It seems your human parents weren't really dead." Mark said, dropping the bomb on me and I gasped. I was confused and couldn't quite comprehend what he was talking about.
I saw the corpse of my human parents moved to the mortuary in an ambulance. So what Mark just said sounded like he was trying to spite my emotions or something worst. Cause if he wasn't, I wouldn't find it funny and my anger level is now different from what it used to be.
“What do you mean by that, I thought you said her parents were dead?" I heard Kyle ask Mark.
