"Don't worry, babe. I'm working on it," Jonathan told Alicia with a warm smile on his face. She looked at him and decided to believe him and not press further.
"That's fine. Here's my car key as I cannot drive; I'm tired," Alicia told Jonathan and threw her car key at him. He caught it, got into her car, and prepared to take her home.
Alicia got into the car with Jonathan, and he started her car engine and drove to his house.
Arriving at a nearby store, Jonathan told her, "Let me shop for some groceries for you here, okay? So that I can prepare something for the two of us, other than going to the restaurant or ordering food."
