In the restaurant's private section, Damian and Daisy sat there, and a waiter soon approached them.
"What would you like to have?" Damian asked Daisy politely. He wanted to cancel his date with her and rush back to meet Alicia who was waiting for him in his house. But he thought against it. Besides, he had given Alicia the chance to offer herself to him earlier, and she declined. He was so sure that Alicia's mind was not made up yet, even as she needed his help.
Daisy picked up the menu, glanced through it, and requested a bottle of wine and a simple meal.
Damian, on the other hand, went for a bottle of wine too. And they chatted friendly.
"So Damian, since you said that I can address you by your name, I would like to know more about you. What you do and what you really want from me?"
