Caden's gaze darkened as he exited Alicia's room and went downstairs.
Lady Jennifer saw him and asked, "Where are you off to?"
"To have dinner, Mom. You don't expect me to leave the house with all this kidnapping ongoing," Caden replied, and his mother sighed.
"I don't know how your father got us all into trouble at once. But I think Alicia and I will soon travel out if Samantha doesn't return back," Lady Jennifer said.
"Mom, don't worry. Samantha will be back," Caden assured her, and Lady Jennifer sighed and nodded as she looked sad.
"Let's hope so," she replied and ascended the stairs to find her husband.
Caden moved ahead to the dining chair to sit and have his dinner as he thought of how to help his sister.
