Promise

Mia got up from her bed and went towards the window. Laid her head there and feel the cold breeze. “Mam, you shouldn’t stay there longer.” Said the nurse. “It can make you ill can harm you baby.” Without a word mia just sigh and sat back at her place. “ well I should say you are brave.” Nurse smiled at mia and said.

“Why do you feel like that.” Asked mia. “Umm maybe you are calm and patient but I will consider an act of bravery.” Said the nurse. “When I was pregnant if I don’t see my husband around I started to panic and cry.” She looks towards Mia.” I dint saw your husband yet but you don’t care.” “You tend to be relax.” Maybe, for your baby tho.” “But women you are great.”

“I wonder if she could only have a loving father.” Said Mia looking on her belly. I smile was on her face but was so empty. She never thought that this would be her future but, she make it through. She was surprised on herself but was even worried about her daughter.

“Single mom eh?” Said the nurse. “Well I don’t judge you cause you still decide to keep this baby.” That’s great!” “But, you might have think of the problems in the future.”

“It won’t have worked even if I have thought so much about it.” Said Mia. “After all we don’t decide our paths.” “But, I will make sure that my child is happy and once she will be out I will be the happiest.”

“Never mind,” said nurse “but you can’t be happy if she gets a birth if you aren’t happy to have her inside.” “Usually mother’s make promise to their kids, but; I saw you so plain you haven’t even been excited or happy that where will your daughter go and so on.........”

“I can’t promise anything.” Said Mia.” People who promise to always Satya together they leave us all of a sudden and never come back.” “I am happy to have her and believe she will let up my life,” but; I don’t know what next and if I can be alright with her.” “I will try everything I can.” But maybe, I can’t fill the need of father in her life.”

“Well all you need is to love her.” Said the nurse.....”don’t think much and stress yourself I believe god exist and he will show you the way.”

Mia looked at the nurse and said.”but god destroyed me.”

“Maybe, he is planning something more about you or maybe testing you said the nurse. “Have faith , he is great, won’t let you down, don’t give up now
