The instructor informed the group of what they would be learning today. He explained that although knowing how to fight is key, defense should be the priority. There was no point being able to land a punch on your opponent if they could simply hit you back again, or worse. He started them off with some stretches and light running to loosen their limbs ready. He continued to say that although you wouldn't be able to stretch prior to being attacked or attacking something, the more nimble and flexible you were, the easier it would be in combat. Each warrior had their own talents. It was his job as the instructor to identify them and help the wolves use these talents to their advantage. If a wolf was quick and stealthy, he could teach them how to dodge efficiently and attack from more obscur
