“What do you mean you’ve made a mistake?” Gale asked her. She hesitated with her reply, so he opened up the link to Julius instead. “Where is Lauressa right now?”
“She seems to have met Minister Harold.” Julius replied, unaware of the franticness in Gale’s tone. Gale thanked him and returned to Lauressa.
“What did you say to Minister Harold?” He bit at her. He heard her gasp through the link.
“How did you know where I was?” She asked, panicked.
“Doesn’t matter how I know, just tell me what happened.” Gale bit again.
“Are you watching me?” She continued with her questions.
“Laurie, this is important!” Gale raised his voice, trying to drown out her questions. Frieda decided to answer in her place.
