435 Words
Mia Davis had dreamt of working on a film set since she was a little girl. Growing up in a small town in Ohio, she was always fascinated by the magic of the movies, the way they could transport you to a different world and make you forget your problems, even if only for a little while. Mia studied film in college and worked on student productions, but it wasn't until she moved to New York City that she got her big break. She had landed her dream job as an assistant director on a romantic comedy set in the heart of the city. It was a low-budget film, but Mia didn't care. She was finally on a real film set, working alongside some of the most talented people in the industry. As she stepped onto the bustling set for the first time, Mia felt a mix of nerves and excitement. She was determined to do her best and make a name for herself in the business. As she made her way to the production trailer, she bumped into a tall, handsome man carrying a coffee cup. "Sorry about that," Mia said, embarrassed. "No problem," the man replied with a smile. "I'm Ethan Grey, one of the actors. You must be Mia, the new assistant director?" Mia nodded, trying to hide her excitement. She had heard a lot about Ethan Grey, who was known for his good looks and charming personality. "It's great to meet you," Mia said, extending her hand. As they shook hands, Mia noticed that Ethan's eyes were a striking blue, and she felt a flutter in her stomach. "I've heard a lot about you," Ethan said, grinning. "They say you're the best assistant director in the business." Mia laughed, feeling a rush of warmth. "I don't know about that, but I'm excited to be here." As they walked towards the production trailer, Mia noticed a group of actors huddled together, rehearsing their lines. "That's the rest of the cast," Ethan explained. "Over there is Marissa, who plays my love interest, and that's Brian, who plays my best friend." Mia nodded, taking in the faces of the cast. She noticed that Marissa was beautiful, with long blonde hair and bright blue eyes. Brian was shorter than Ethan, but he exuded confidence and charisma. As they reached the production trailer, Ethan held the door open for Mia. "After you," he said, grinning. Mia felt a rush of excitement as she stepped inside, ready to start her new job. Little did she know, her life was about to change in ways she never expected.
