{Noelle’s POV}
I ran to my room, my heart racing, I turned towards the bed, seeing Emmaline sleeping soundly there. I turned back around and came face to face with Silas. He had followed me up here.. and I wasn’t sure what to say, or what to do. “Noelle..”
“You should get Emmaline home, and into her own bed Silas..” I said, awkwardly hugging myself.
He nodded, as he walked to the bed, he looked down, smiling at the sight of Emmy all snuggled up in my bed. He picked up Emmaline, packing her from the room, and down the stairs. I followed behind them, and stopped at the front door. “Thank you.. for everything..” he said, smiling softly before turning and walking out the door.
I closed and locked it behind him, making my way up to my room. I laid down, beginning to doze off when sudden
