(knock knock) Ethan looks up at the sound of knocks on his office door, “come in”. Ethan's secretary walks in and hands him some documents. “Mr. Blackwood, these have to be read by Monday. The meetings with your potential new partners at two p.m. please make sure you understand each contract and if you come to an agreement sign them, she smiles as she steps back to make sure he understood. Still staring at his laptop screen, he sighs “ Yes, I understand, you know Aunt Liza you don’t have to call me Mr. Blackwood”. “I call you Mr. Blackwood because we’re at work and it’s professional, there are no friends here at work, this is a business, and you need to demand respect. This is how your father would want it. You are also the future Alpha king, get used to this”. Ethan sighs and shakes his head. “So serious, ok I will work on that.” As he stares back at the screen, “You may go I don’t need anything else enjoy your weekend”. Liza was going to protest but decided she would enjoy leaving early and took her leave. Ethan was almost done with his research on the club he was thinking about taking over, so far, he liked the outline of it and the territory was good. He takes out his phone and calls his best friend Kalmin who is also his beta, “Kal, I want to go check out this new place tonight you down?”. “Yes E, what time are you planning on going?”. “You should go ahead and start getting ready so we can get there by seven p.m., have the car come get me at five-thirty, I’ll be ready to go so I can get ready”. “On it”, Kalmin states and Ethan hangs up the phone. “It’s a full moon tonight did you forget?”, Ethan's wolf asked stopping him from putting on his jacket. “No, I didn’t forget Amaury, just a couple hours at the club I’ll still have time to shift”. Just to make sure Ethan pulls out his phone to check his updated app his alchemist made, he now knows what time and how high the moon can get before a forced change can happen. Setting his alarm twenty minutes before that time Ethan grabs his jacket and documents and walks out the door.

Coming down the elevator Ethan’s wolf sensed a pungent smell coming from below them, “It’s that woman, what’s her name Anna, how come you didn’t get rid of her?”, he growls. “I’m not interested in her she doesn’t speed up my heart and clearly she smells like crap to you, we’ll just keep ignoring her”. As they finish their conversation the elevators door opens, “Oh my, Ethan you look so handsome today you want to go out” Anna asks while she tries to rub her body up on his chest. Ethan moves to the side avoiding her and she stumbles a little, “You are own your own I already have plans”, Anna pouts a little while stomping her feet as he headed for the door the car pulls up. The driver gets out and opens the back door for Ethan and then bows in submission. Ethan walks out the door but before he could get in the car Anna rushes to Ethan and grabs his wrist, “Come on baby lets have some fun”, she places his hand on her chest and rubs them over her hard n*****s. The air around them became thick you could sense malice, a deep low growl leaves Ethan throat and his eyes turn a beautiful deep grey with dark red ring, Ethan couldn’t control his anger Amaury surfaced and grabbed Anna by the throat dropping his documents on the pavement, as his teeth begins to show the driver runs to the building and opens the door, “sire if you please” and bows. Amaury backs Anna into the building to get out of the public eye as he reaches the door he looks over at his driver, “call my beta”, then pushes her in the building. “Don’t you dare put your hands on your alpha king!” slapping her hard against her left cheek Anna lands on the floor hard sobbing, her lip split and bleeding, and her cheek bruised. She gets on her knees face in her palms “I’m sorry alpha but I love you why can’t you love me back". Amaury shouts in his Alpha voice "Silence!" as he pulls her up by her hair, “you will be" he says. Amaury spits in her face, her lip heals but he rubs the rest off. Leaving the bruise on her cheek. Being hit by the Alpha slows down any wolf healing process. Amaury speaks in a dead serous voice "I don't love you; I will never love you. You have been rejected, if you pull that stunt again you will be banished do you understand!”. As Anna shakes her head up and down Kalmin walk in with Dre and Gus his Gammas, and close friends “Take her to the dungeon and chain her up”, they both bow down to Ethan “Alpha” they both say in unison. “You may go” Amaury growled, teeth still showing. They grab Anna and exit out the back, Kalmin walks up to his Alpha and bow his head in submission his eyes change into his wolf median silver color and begins to coax his Alpha to calm down before he shifts. “Alpha Amaury, My King, please don’t be upset she is gone now, she couldn’t help herself your so immaculate everyone wants to be around you”. Ethan takes a deep breath and pushes Amaury back slowly, Ethan eyes changes from a deep bright silver back to his deep grey and he is no longer about to shift. “You alright man, let’s get on the road you still have to get ready”. Kalmin walks his best friend to the car opens the door and closes it behind him, walking around the back he whispers “b***h” under his breath. He sighs thinking “she brought this on herself” as he gets in and closes the door.
