Dameon: When I’ve climbed high enough that I can finally see above the tree line, I scan our surroundings for any sign of movement. I was sure I’d heard ghastly slithering echoing in the distance, but I don’t see anything from here. Right now it’s not a matter of -if- someone is in the shadows looking for us, but -when- they will find us, so I can’t be too careful.
