Seraphina: “STOP!” Dameon roars just as I’m about to bring my heavenly sword down to slice Raphael’s neck in half. The sound of his yell shocks me to my core. I thought he hated this banished angel as much as I do, and now he’s trying to save him? My blood is boiling with anger. What is he thinking? “Why should I stop?” I shout, setting my jaw and never taking my eyes off of Raphael. “He wants to kill Mariel. He thinks she’s an abomination.
