The DSS agents drove into the heavily guarded Presidential Villa, driving past The Presidential Guards Brigade (a specialized brigade of the Nigerian army consisting of the Third Battalion, Seventh Battalion, Twenty-sixth Battalion, Guards Brigade Band, and Pipe Section) as they approached the neo-palladian styled building that served as the President's office and residence. Pulling up before the great white structure proper, Buchi and Dera alighted from the RR Wraith, with the DSS agents holding the door for them and they were escorted inside the building by the mechanical men. Inside the Presidential Palace, the guests were received warmly by an older man (probably in his late sixties) clad in a very formal black suit.
