I am rolled up on the couch with my head in Colin's lap, when we hear the front door open and a female voice calls out. "Hey Colly Wally, are you home ? I am here to return your baby".
"In here sis, and stop calling me Colly Wally". Colin calls back and I quickly sit up.
There is the sound of soft paws galloping over the floor, and a ball of black fur comes sprinting around the corner and flies into Colin's arms. "Oh there is my Bobby, who's a good boy ? You are, yes you are".
I watch as Colin cuddles the dog. His smile and the shine is his eye say everything.
"Someone sure missed his daddy". A woman steps into the room, there is no doubt that she is her sister. She stops in her tracks. "Oh, I didn't know you had company".
