I awake early in the morning, feeling Colin's arms wrapped around me and I snuggle into his embrace with a content sigh. These last couple of weeks have been utterly amazing and I might just fall more in love with him every day.
But after a couple of minutes I realise that I need to go to the bathroom so I gently slide out of his arms and go out there, taking care of my needs.
When I come back in, Colin is stretching and yawning. His hair has started to grow out, and it is a fluffy mess of emerging curls. The beard is also coming back, even though he is keeping it short for now. I quickly grab my phone and snap his picture as he rubs his eyes.
"What are you doing, cookie ?" He says, sending me a small warm smile.
I wink at him, pushing the button to post the picture. "S
