“Daddy, daddy”. Anele comes sprinting, almost jumping into my arms as soon as we are through the door. “I have helped Vera Care for the puppies, I love the puppie, I don't know which I love the most”.
“Good thing we are keeping the rest then, huh ?” I say, kissing her cheek. “And I am glad to hear you helped Vera”.
I am a bit tired after the long plane ride, but of course I am not letting my darling little girl see that. I have missed her dearly and I am so happy both her and Maddie will come with me when I go back to shoot the movie.
She nods, smiling widely. “Was Molly happy to come home ? And the puppies”.
“They were very happy, and uncle Bren and aunt Dahlia were happy to get them home. Do you know what else they got ?” I say, smiling at her.
