Leaving me dumbfounded, Wade smrirked before shutting the car door between us and make his way to the driver's seat.
I had no idea how I managed to stay with him inside the car as he drove us back home. We were both muted, weighing on each other’s silence.
We got back home and still no one bothers to speak. And I am determined not to break the silence between us first. I still even couldn’t believe that I did it!
I was at fault, too. I let him kiss me and I kissed him back.
The next morning, I was up early as I didn’t even got the chance to sleep last night with many thoughts lingering on my mind.
I went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast and I realize Wade was already gone with the door of his room wide open and his car that’s not by the the driveway anymore.
