The buffed-up Blitz has the capabilities of an S-rank hero. However, there’s one thing that he never put into account. That is his inexperience with fighting. As someone from the people’s factions of the association, Blitz usually plans his evil schemes without getting involved in the real battle. That is why, despite having an enormous boost to his strength, Master Tenshi didn’t think much about him. It wasn’t complacent. It was something that was brought about by experience. As someone who has been a hero from the first generation, even when the association hasn’t been founded, Master Tenshi deserved his place as one of the strongest and wisest heroes.
