Mountain Roc II

1092 Words

Max didn’t know whether he should feel lucky or unlucky to meet such a rare species in front of him. More importantly, Linlin’s life is in danger since she is in close proximity of the mountain roc. Luckily, it doesn’t seem to notice his or Linlin’s presence as it landed on the ground and looked at the tied-up fire salamanders. It tried to eat the fire salamander. With one move, it easily scoops up the four fire salamanders into its mouth. Max is hoping that the moment it finishes eating, it will fly away and leave the area, but it was not happening. After a few seconds passed by after it put the fire salamander into its beak, but then it spits it straight back out. Max was confused, but he realized it might have something to do with the metal wires that are tying up the fire salamanders
