On the other hand, Ashina was left there with a baffled expression. She couldn't understand what just happened. The guy who was being so nice just a minute ago called her a gold digger and left just like that.
"What the f**k? Is he crazy? Why did he talk to me like that?" Astonished by his action she uttered.
She went back home while thinking about this incident.
As she entered the palace her friend came running to her with a nervous and worried expression, "Your Highness, where were you? I didn't find you in your room if the emperor had found out you were not in your room, we would have been done for."
Said Shuri without taking any breaks.
"I went outside." Uttered Ashina with a blank expression. She walked to her room while Shuri also followed her.
