Chapter 5
Clarissa was spending all her time at her dad’s house. Apparently, he was very sick, and couldn’t have visitors. Sienna was worried about him, but she was happy to have the house all to herself. She didn’t know tat Clarissa’s father had ordered her to stay away from the situation involving the Alpha. Adrien came to her at the end of each day. She spent her days missing him, an ache in her chest that could only be soothed when his arms swept her up into his warm embrace at the end of each day. She had never slept so calmly in her life, to wake up every day next to him was incredible. She gave him a tour of the University, her lab and the library. People were staring at him. Sienna didn’t notice, but he was frightening and had a strong presence to other people. They sat on the lawn in front of the Psychology building. She sat between his legs, her back rested against his chest. They talked for hours. He was fascinating and smart. He was also really funny; she hadn’t remembered laughing so hard with anyone. He told her stories about growing up on the reservation, especially about his grandfather. She felt he could be the first man she would open her heart to.
As the days past, the Alpha pressured him more and more to reach out to Sol, his future wife. He was beginning to feel trapped, and Blackhawk couldn’t find an answer to help him and now he was gone. Adrien walked around the reservation, his Bettas jogging behind him. It seemed for a second that the dark cloud which engulfed him had lifted, but now his dark aura seemed even darker than usual. All he asked them was if Blackhawk had returned, and nothing else. They grew more worried about him every day. He used to be a great leader, dominant, fierce but always serious. But after last year, he wasn’t any of those things. He was just dark and violent. Saturday morning, he was finally gone for the weekend. They didn’t even ask him where he was going, they were just happy he was gone. They split up to cover more ground.
Adrien knocked on her door. This was his favorite door in the world. Sienna opened it, looking more beautiful than ever. She was glowing, happy she had him for two whole days. Clarissa texted that she was staying the weekend at her father’s house. Sienna was in his T-shirt and nothing else. He swooped in, grabbing her in his arms, kissing her softly. Today was a particularly hard day. He woke up early to check if Blackhawk was back and heard his parents in the kitchen talking about the wedding announcement. Nobody was even discussing it with the bride and groom. They were just pawns in a political game. He had never even met Sol, not that it would have mattered anyway. He growled and ran out of the house. Blackhawk hadn’t yet returned. He ran to his truck, gliding on the snow, barely leaving footprints. He texted his Bettas that he was leaving for the weekend and drove off.
Sienna never got a word out, and he had already taken off his jacket and shirt. He nuzzled her neck, the aroma of her scent mixed in with his, all stirring heavily in the scent of her arousal was enough to make him crazy. He hadn’t even closed the front door. He took off her shirt, and she was completely naked underneath. Her back hit the wall, as he picked her up by her thighs, devouring her mouth with his kiss. He was insatiable, but only for her. “f**k Sienna, you’re driving me crazy…” He lifted her up a bit and slammed her against the wall, as he kissed her neck, lowering his lips to her special spot. She couldn’t breathe, as waves of ecstasy and lust burst from her chore, shaking her body. “Please… Adrien,” She knew exactly was she asking him to do this time. He held her against the wall, her legs wrapped around his waist, as he unzipped. She was holding on to his neck tightly, even though he could lift her up easily with one hand, as he slid her down on his hard c**k. He needed to be inside her so bad, it burned when he was away from her. He felt he was at one with his wolf, as he pounded into her against the wall, leaning back a bit, so he can deepen his thrust. She was sucking hard on the sweet spot of his neck; she hadn’t noticed his eyes were a glowing amber. A deep growl erupted from his chest, as he thrust in to her deeper and faster, rubbing her inner sweet spot, her wet walls becoming warmer. She was so close to him, that his thrusting was also rubbing her outer c**t. She was moving against him so fast; they were both drenched in sweat. “Adrien…” she whispered, “oh my god…” her moaning was loader, turning into screams of pleasure. She bit his neck, as he roared like an animal, pounding deeper, harder. He was so rough, she thought he might tear her in two. But instead, she exploded in forceful orgasms, as he exploded inside her filling her uterus with his seed, his c**k throbbing against her pleasure spots as he squirted more and more. She was convulsing against his throbbing c**k, milking him to his last drop, still sucking his neck. Her juices squirting all over him, pooling on the floor. It was a fast, lust filled frenzy, and he kept her against the wall, allowing her convulsions to milk him dry. As they were both coming down, Sienna noticed that the front door was open, and her neighbor had opened her door. She bashfully sank her head into his chest. Keeping his c**k in her, he smiled and held her close. Taking a few steps toward the door and kicking it shut. He smiled, finally calming down. He finally felt the phone buzzing in his back pocket. It was Damien. Blackhawk was finally back.
Sienna was excited to visit the reservation. She had lived here for a long time, but never had the opportunity to see it. They rode silently, his giant hand, squeezing hers. Occasionally he would lift her tiny hand to his lips, kissing her knuckles. “Sienna, I know we haven’t known each other a long time, but do you trust me?” “What do you mean?” “Do you believe me that I would never lie or hurt you?” Sienna thought for a moment. “Well, you haven’t so far, I think.” He kissed her fingers and Sienna was getting worried. She didn’t know where he was going with this. All she knew about him, is what he told her. He knows more about her and has seen more areas of her life. She could tell they were getting closer, as the trees thickened into woodland and an endless forest. The snow was much deeper here, and it was colder. He drove through the reservation barely noticing the people walking in front of his truck. He turned to a small path, nestled between the thickening trees and only slowed, as he could see the lights of the cabin. He was trembling with excitement, and Sienna didn’t really understand why. She thought he was nervous introducing her to his grandfather because she wasn’t a Native American, but she rode next to him in silence, sensing the sense of urgency. The car didn’t even completely stop, as he jumped out. He ran to her side to let her out and gripped her hand tightly as they walked up the stairs. “Blackhawk?” He yelled. A small, elderly man came around the corner, a black wolf at his side. Sienna didn’t seem frightened at all by the giant animal staring at her. Adrien sighed a sigh of relief. Finally. “Blackhawk, this is Sienna,” he smiled proudly. His grandfather smiled and held out his hand. “Such a pleasure to finally meet you child. I understand my grandson is quite taken with you.” She blushed looking up at Adrien. Blackhawk came a bit closer, he seemed to be smelling the air. She didn’t know anything about native American ways, but she wasn’t going to be disrespectful by asking. So, she just stood frozen in her spot. “You have made an old man very happy. Come, join me for tea.” Sienna ran her fingers through his books in the living, inspecting them closely. They were intriguing indeed. Blackhawk and Adrien stood in the kitchen, watching her. “Son, you are in heat and so is she. You have been mated through fate. Now that you have mated, your bond grows stronger.” He was in awe. The mating bond was an ancient legend, he never believed he would see come alive in his lifetime. “I went back to the Lycans of Great Britain. They accumulated all the documents from Spain, when the first settlers came here. Hilda, their Shaman is helping me as well. I just had to see all the pieces of the puzzle.” Sienna walked over to them, offering to make the tea. She spotted a book on the kitchen table, about Southern folklore, especially the Wendigo. “I used this for my thesis,” she looked over the book. Adrien and his grandfather exchanged glances. “What is it your study about dear?” She was already in the small kitchen making the tea. “Daydreaming.” Blackhawk smiled and nodded. He didn’t know why fate intervened now, but the ancient legends were coming alive before his very eyes. He didn’t even have to ask how it connected to her research, he had already began connecting the dots. She settled the cups in front of them and went to get her own. “Dear I wonder, in your extensive research, have you ever heard of the Rougarou?” She sat with them, glancing over the books on the table. “No, what is that?” Blackhawk sipped his tea “I had to go far to discover this story,” his gaze fixed on the wall. “The Rougarou is what the first Southern settlers called werewolves.” This was piquing her interest. She loved learning new things and seeing as she was originally from Louisiana this was hitting close to home. “They were considered rare among the werewolf species. They were larger than the others, stronger and faster. They were dominant, always the alphas of the pack. All that has survived of them today, is that they ate misbehaved children in the swamp areas,” Blackhawk giggled. “They were a sight to see. It seems that they only appear when there is true danger to the werewolf species.” Sienna smiled politely, but she noticed Adrien listening intently. They were seen last, when the last mating and marking ceremonies took place among the packs.” He moved his hand across the book Sienna had held in her hands. “I am interested though, what did you learn of the Wendigo?” Sienna was glad to talk about something more scientific now. “Well, the stories did start with the first settlers as well. We believe, they were actually a product of daydreaming. They were a product of the negative side of daydreamers. They had ascended too much into their own inner world and became delusional. They said that in their daze, which we interpret as daydreaming, they could see men feasting on human flesh, after being taken over by a Wendigo.” Blackhawk put his cup down. “You are missing an important piece in your puzzle Sienna. It was the Wendigos who were the daydreamers. They could awaken deep things in their mind. They would also appear in times of great distraught and pain. The time of the first settlers, was a time of g******e for Native American tribes, and slaves were being brought from the motherland. The pain and tears awakened the Wendigo. The great daydreamers of the pack could tap into something in their mind, to save the species. Once a Wendigo mated and marked a Rougarou, he became practically magical. The force the packs needed to survive. I don’t know how this actually happens, but I have been researching this for years, ever since your tenth birthday Adrien, when I first suspected you were our Rougarou.” Adrien sat stunned. He was bigger than the others. He always was. He was always serious and dominant, but he was the Alpha’s son. How come the Alphas had never heard of all these ancient legends? Adrien was frowning, rubbing the back of his neck. There were barely a handful of Shamans left in the world, why haven’t the Alphas consulted with them? He has been hearing it for years, how they have grown farther from their true nature; appreciating money, power and luxury while slowly growing farther and farther from nature and the land. They were being punished and they didn’t even know it. Adrien was truly the only Alpha in existence, also to be raised by a Shaman. He was raised to also respect what little they remembered from their ancient ways. Adrien felt like he had a bit more answers. It made sense that he would be the first to mate, if he was the Rougarou, but why Sienna. She sat in silence, confused by the situation. She wasn’t exactly sure what the conversation was about. She knew that what was happening to her with Adrien, was not exactly normal. They had an animalistic attraction to each other, some kind of magnetic pull, but this was spiraling quickly out of control. Maybe she had been sucked into the diseased mind of a mad man? Maybe that was why this was so intense? She sat silently, letting the situation unfold. Adrien texted someone on his phone and reached for her hand. “Sienna, remember that I asked you if you trust me?” he looked deep into her eyes. She did trust him, but maybe she was going insane too? She knew how important instincts were. She had a professor who always told them to listen to their instincts, and if something feels off, and the hairs on the back of your neck stand than just walk away. Her instincts were telling her to stay, and she nodded. He cupped her smalls hands in his and stood up as the door opened. Two large men spilled into the already tight cabin. They were both Native American as well and looked like brothers. Their hair was also long, and they were big. Not as big as Adrien, but they were big. Tall and chiseled, with much softer and more beautiful features. They both had the tan skin and white teeth. The bigger one was Damien, and the other Jacob. They froze as they saw Sienna, or rather sniffed Sienna. They had never smelled a scent quite like this. It was the bond between mates. It was stirring something deep in them, something they couldn’t remember, something primal. Like a fear of the dark or the love you have for your mother. It was strong. Adrien stood between them. “We have a lot of work to do. I need to see the Alpha.” Sienna’s best guess was that this was some sort of cult. “Sienna stay here with Blackhawk. It’s not safe for you out there, your scent is too strong, and it will be dark soon.” Sienna snorted, “I guess you don’t want me attacked by a vampire.” Blackhawk chuckled, “vampires don’t really exist you know.” She just stayed seated. “I will send someone to explain, I promise. I have to go now but please stay here. I am coming back for you.” They walked out the door, and Blackhawk moved in closer to Sienna, his eyes twinkling. “I am so glad to meet you, Sienna. I have been very intrigued by you, when I realized you were Adrien’s mate,” Sienna smiled shyly. Keeping quiet is the only way to get out of here. “I have been Shaman of this pack for so long, and I have waited even longer to meet the one I can pass on to. There is an ancient legend that has been carried down for generations. It is kept secret, only among the Shamans, and I feel you were the one I have been waiting for.”
Another knock at the door made Sienna jump. She felt her head begin to throb, as she tried to rise to her feet. Clarissa walked in the door of the small cabin, staring at Sienna.
