melia's POV
The face still stung from the slap but I was okay. Mistress Ava came on to stop Master from hitting me. If things didn't go the way he planned, he might reveal the truth he was trying to hide out of anger.
When I realized he wasn't going to hit me again, I came towards the visiting Alpha, bending to my knees so I could apologize.
I knelt down bowing my head. "I'm sorry Alpha Roger for the crime committed, please forgive me" I forced the words out of my mouth waiting for his words.
Would he forgive me or would he also hit me? My head was down and I expected him to yell at me but when I looked up, his eyes weren't on me and he was motioning me to go. I nodded before bowing to him and master, standing to my full 5'7 feet, I muttered a "thank you" and walked out of their sight.
