I started to roll over and found my first dilemma. I felt like a little turtle that some little bastard of a kid left flipped over on its shell. The way I was restrained, it was nearly impossible to get back over on my belly. The chains holding my arms wouldn’t let me push, and they held my elbows out so that I couldn’t roll. With my ankles fastened so short, it was impossible to straighten out my legs, just like my elbows. It’s unbelievable that the very first thing that an infant learns to do can be so difficult. But, I guess a baby isn’t hampered with chains and locks and a plan devised by a beautiful, sadistic and fiendish woman. I loved it. After several difficult and painful attempts, I made it over.
