With my knowledge of battle and strategy and the Winter and Miranda's powers we started construction on the castle we needed to secure it from all angles. From underground bunkers secret passages to invisible barriers and in extreme lightning storm delivering over 3 billion volts of energy there is no way to deactivate any of the traps we made them with the intention to kill all intruders every trap lethal to any and all supernatural or human.
I wanted to protect her and i will stop at nothing to keep her at my side forever.
Miranda's POV
I cant believe he is going to such extreme measures to keep my baby girl safe i am happy to see he at least cares this much but the traps are a bit overkill and so skillfully put together, i had no idea or powers could do such thing if we had known my mate would still be alive i let out a stressful breath and started on digging below the palace killian wanted underground bunker in case things go south and her wanted it to be a maze of some sorts with multiple bedroom rooms a kitchen dining room a training ground and and made forest and lake big enough for a fully grown dragon to move around and if possible fly.
I thought you wanted a underground bunker not a city what the hell that's going to take months even with the use of magic.
" i don't care how long it takes my old man has an habit of popping up with his concubines and my brother and there concubines for family bonding because he knows i wont show up if he summons me so i need a place to hide you guys and i want to make sure winter is comfortable and we both know she is probably pregnant. I want it to look natural and relaxing because sometimes they stay for 2 to 4 weeks and i don't want you guys staying in a cramp space with nowhere to go for a month ." he stated with a straight face.
I was staring at him my mouth agape i was speechless i am hear thinking about how he is going over board and all he is thinking about is my baby girl's safety, so i quickly got myself together and went back to digging using earth element after an hour of digging winter came asking if i needed help i accepted because i am nowhere near half way through summer was making bricks with prince killian using the dirt i and using and a little magic we cant go by regular brick because people will start to wonder why wee need so much and eventually it will reach the kings ears. and that would be a disaster in the making.
After another couple hours of digging winter was yarning so i told her to take rest she refuse saying " why do i have to rest when everybody else is still working and it my fault this is happening in the first place. " Because all this work is not good for your the baby.
Winter POV
" All this work is not Good for the baby my mom said putting her hand on my stomach". I rolled my eyes and scrunched up my face we don't even know if am pregnant and you guys are already treating me like glass i am not going to sleep until everybody is done i stated blankly.
"Is that so" came a hoarse sexy voice but before i could react i was being lifted from the ground and carried off to my room.
Killian I started to say before he shushed me and he walk with me in his arms in silence until we reached the room. he broke the heavy silence with a sigh followed by "you should listen to your mother i know its not conformed and i won't know until after two week but if you are actually pregnant which i think you are you stand the chance of losing the baby if you over work yourself so please take it easy".
i looked up at him with unblinking eyes and my hand shot to my stomach i was scared i would hate myself his i allowed my stubbornness to cause harm to my unborn child so i just sigh and said ok i went to take a bathe and he left. After taking a bathe i when to the closet i put on underwear and went to bed because i only had the blue open front dress and black pants. and the dress i was wearing when i was taken front the forest, i have to ask killian for cloths for me my mom and summer. but for now i am just gonna go sleep as i laid there in the bed i started thinking about my dad and the tears started to flow as i cried until my head started to throb and my eyes became heavy and i welcome sleep.
Killian POV
After taking winter to her room i was gonna stay with her until she fell asleep but then she started taking of f her cloths to go bathe and my d**k twitch in my pants so i thought it wise to leave the room.
So i headed back to help make the bricks while Miranda was still digging summer had to go help her because she needed light.
in the next month i have to leave for the fire bird festival before the old fart come here and see winter and her family we need to get as much done as possible we already made a ton a brick thanks to summer she used magic to enchant them so they are a hundred times stronger than regular bricks. Its going well so far Miranda reached the desired depth of 2,716 feet so starting tomorrow its all about expansion while preventing the castle above from collapsing its late and we are Turing in for the night tomorrow is going to be a rough day. by the time we are through this castle will be an impenetrable fortress
