The forest became denser with every step we took, darkness looming around us with no source of light. Beta Lori and I had come a long way in our wolf forms but we couldn’t go further without shifting. Our feet were on mystical grounds leading to a big hut in the distance. After all, we were in the territory of one of the most powerful witches of all time.
As soon as we got closer, I knew it was time to ditch Beta Lori. There was no way that I was going to take her to the hut. My witch’s identity had to remain a secret along with what I was going to seek her help about.
We reached a clear ground and I stopped in my steps. Roaming my eyes around, I exhaled and nodded my head. My female Beta stopped in front of me and looked at me with curiosity.
