I rushed back to my room and slammed the door. I had to to get a shower there was no way I could go to dinner smelling like her! and not to mention s*x! I felt the mate bond with her too Axel! he responds with a growl that we should have marked her! I block him and replay the events of today as I am getting dressed. I just don't understand I smell the scent of Roses on Sarah and it is so strong amd attractive but, I don't have any of those spectacular sparks like I did with the girl that smelt of rain. Why the hell did I not get her name. I quickly drop my block and ask Axel if there is a such thing of having two mates? he just groans. I put the block back up and as I head to the dinner table, I think to myself that I will just have to hit the library later and see if I can find anything where maybe it occurred in the history of mates. I freeze and the worst thought crosses my mind, WHAT IF THEY ARE BOTH AT DINNER! she was on the guest floor so she has to be with the visiting pack! I speep walk to the door that enters the dining room and take a deep breath, ok all I smell is Roses so I think I'm ok. As I am walking in relief washes over me as I only see the Luna, Alpha, Sarah, May, and my parents. Alpha Travis speaks up "so nice of you to join us son in law, I couldn't be more happy that my daughter is your mate", he had a wicked grin on his face when he said it. I don't flinch though i proceed to my seat beside Sarah, and mentally tell myself to just remain cool, I simply say likewise to him. "My two top warriors Rose and Shanna decided to explore the town and go to your local bar I apologize that you have not gotten to meet them yet, perhaps they will join your training session tommorow?" he asks. I just nod and proceed to eat, during dinner Sarah tries to run her hand up and down my leg it's nice but nothing like the girl who smelled of rain. s**t, she must be one of the warriors I think to myself her name is either Rose or Shanna. Axel has broken my block and responds to my duh uh moment, " way to go man your aren't as completely stupid as I thought". I scream internally, THEY WENT TO THE BAR! My thoughts are interrupted by my father, "so son when will you and young Sarah here complete the mating process, I know you have waited a long time to take the reigns as Alpha, and to be honest I am no spring chicken you Know?, I have to think quickly on my feet when I respond, "we are going to take it slow, why the rush?" The entire table looked at me as if I grew two heads, before anyone has a chance to say anything I use the quick excuse of it is getting late and training is early, and excuse myself from the table. "it was nice meeting you all see you in the morning", I say as I exit, I hear my mom telling Sarah not to worry that I probably just want this to be a very special moment for the two of us and I am a perfectionist. I sign and countinue to my room. Axel what kind of mess have we gotten ourselves into......
