Okay, I know where the art room is because I saw the number upstairs when I was looking for Life Skills class. I start walking to the art room, although I probably won't be late this time. I can't help but have the anxiety of what if. I was so embarrassed last class, that I don't want the same thing to happen again. Lost in my thoughts' I almost walk past the class. I go to open the door, but as I do the door flies open and before I know it I'm on the ground with a headache and a bloody nose. My head is buzzing and pounding, my heart beating fast. The girl who opened the door is as pale as a ghost, her mouth open and eyes wide open also. I reach up to touch my nose, it hurts and as I pull my hand back there is so much blood. I look up and find all of the people in the classroom come piling out. I feel sick, very sick and I'm dizzy. I see Hazel come out of the room and then she runs to me. "Are you okay?! She hit you pretty hard!" Hazel says helping me sit up. "Yeah, I'm fine. I just feel a little sick right now." I say which is pretty much the truth. "Omg, are you alright!?!" A person that looks like they could be a teacher says. "I'm fine." I say going to get up. "You don't look fine, I think we need to get her to the nurses office!" "No, it's okay I'm fine." "Honey, you are paler than a ghost, you have a nose bleed and you have blood all over your clothes." "Ms. Holly I can take Leigh to the nurses office, we'll be fine." Hazel says and Ms. Holly's facial features relax as she nods. "Very well, miss Hazel." Ms. Holly says before shooing her students back into the art room.
Hazel starts to help me up but I stop her by saying. "I don't want to get blood all over you Hazel." Then I start getting up by myself but it's very difficult and then I fall back down. Who knew that a headache could have so much power over your body?! "I don't care." Hazel says in response to what I said before I started thinking. This time she pulls me up and I crash into her. "Oh, s**t!" I say as our bodies collide and we almost fall over. We manage to gain our balance, and I pull away from her swaying. Now she has blood stains on her too now, I was trying to avoid that. I almost fall over so I put my arm around her shoulder. "You ready to go?" Hazel asks. "Yeah, I guess." I say not too enthused to go to the nurses office. One step taken and I start wobbling. "Are you sure your ready?" She says raising one eyebrow in a way that says don't lie. "Fine no, but..." I say, but there really isn't a but. We stay there for a little bit, then we start walking again. But we get to the stairs and there doesn't really look like an easy way down. I look over at Hazel and she seems to be thinking. "We could slide down the railings?" Hazel says, I look at her incredulously. "I'll probably fall off it and get hurt even more." I say. "Yeah, but at least you wouldn't have to use your legs. Besides, I'll go first and then I can catch you as you get to the bottom." She says which actually makes me feel a bit better. "Okay." I say. I hang onto the opposite railing that Hazel goes down. She makes it look so easy and she looks so beautiful doing it too. Her hair blowing behind her and a smile that lights up the world. Once she's down she walks to the other railing which I'm supposed to go down. I'm about to go down, but I'm still hesitant. Then a teacher walks out of the room and says. "Don't do it." "Come on." Hazel says in a voice that says do it quick. That's when I find myself flying down the railing. Almost to the bottom and I stop myself. Hazel helps me off the railing and then we walk as fast as my legs allow me to go.
We get into the nurses office just as the teacher upstairs that warned me not to go down the railing rounds the corner. Once Hazel and I close the door we start laughing. Oops, I'm probably in trouble now but that was fun. "Excuse me ladies." The nurse says. "Sorry ma'am, just trying to make Leigh feel a little better." Hazel says which partly isn't a lie. "Dears, come back into the room." The nurse says looking at our clothes. "What happened to you guys!" The nurse says rushing into the back room. "Oh, I got hit pretty hard by a door which made me get a headache and a bloody nose." I say as a short but accurate explanation. "That must have been a really bad nose bleed that it got all over your clothes. What about you Hazel, why do you have blood on yourself?" "I helped Leigh up from the ground." "Okay, here's a wash cloth so you can wash yourself. I'll go get a pair of clothes for you two." The nurse says leaving us in the room, so I walk over to the mirror that's on the wall. Holy f*ck! My face is full of dried up blood, how come I didn't take any of it. My mouth is covered with it. I have my faced and neck washed up by the time the nurse comes back with clothes. "You'll have to go to the bathrooms to change, but come back here I have to fill out slips for you two. "Okay." I say grabbing a pair of clothes from the desk and holding them away from my clothes and so does Hazel.
I follow Hazel to the closest bathroom, since I don't know where any of them are. We walk in and head to some stalls. I feel completely drained of energy. I strip down to my underwear and bra and I start putting on the school clothes. But I can't concentrate as I hear clothes hit the floor in the stall next to mine. My body is heating up, my naughty little mind can't help think about Hazel's body. Seeing her naked in my mind, I start blushing. At least nobody can read my mind and see my face right now. I put the school clothes on and then a picture of me and Hazel kissing pops into my mind. Oh dear. I push those thoughts' away as I hear a knock on the stall do and hear Hazel say. "Are you okay in there?" "Yeah." I say grabbing my clothes from the ground and opening the door. "Okay, lets go." She says with a smile which I answer with a smile. Gosh, I love this girl and her smile and everything about her.
