Chapter # 6 What's going on!

As he stood on the ground fully confident that today was the day, to get rid of his enemy. An enemy, who never leaves him alone in peace; an enemy, whose presence makes him disgusted. Finally, today is the day to accomplish his mission, for what he is born with. He was in his thoughts but little did he know that the depth of the smell or his enemy is deeper than he thought it would be.

All of a sudden, he starts sensing that someone is in his room and he saw the clock strikes at 12:00 am. It was already his bedtime but again he focused on his room's presence to see what is going on. When started to focus his entire body started shaking, sweating and goosebumps are activated. His condition good into a pretty bad condition, which is not normal, and instead of worrying about his health; he tries to see

A sort of fog maybe or maybe his eyes got blurry he thought, he tried to rub his eyes to see properly; what is going on but once he did he found a shadow next to the door. But not a normal shadow of a human being a huge shadow touched the roof and not even one but he senses more than one presence in the room. He was scared too but he dont want to be and tried to focus harder, his mixed-up emotions make his aura stronger which makes his eyes glow a bright light; by seeing those eyes the ones who visited today ran away. He saw that his vision got clearer and not only clear to see things around like a normal human but a vision that gives him the power to see other things too, which aren't from this human world.

Everything seems different, it seems as if he converted into a new person with all those powers and strength he is observing now within himself feels good and at the same time, it feels weird too. He saw that his hands' color started changing, not only his hand but his entire body including his hair too. He ran towards the mirror to see but when he went there a black shadow whispered and yelled from the window,

"I will come back again for you."

He looked over there and went straight towards the window but found some bouncing people laughing and cheering toward him. They all seem happy but it wasn't normal a sort of carnival was going on but what sort of carnival is it? His mind filled with thoughts, the view he was facing at the moment was something else a totally abnormal or paranormal mixed-up scenery was going on but he thought what is going on?! He heard a voice within his room and turned toward the voice and found a small kid standing and pointing his hand toward Mat. He didn't say a word but his body was not cooperating with him and started to walk toward the kid and the kid started to move backward. Mat kept tilting his head to focus but his only focus was to catch that kid and throw him outside the window and which is not purely his own intention.

He kept walking and the kid kept walking backward all of a sudden the kid disappear and Mat got angry to see that he wasn't able to catch that kid and felt disappointed. He roar and move his eyes to scan the entire room and when he did that he found the presence of not even one but five and one was the little kid which was coming from his cupboard beneath. He smirks and instead of walking slowly this time he rushes toward his cupboard to catch him but once he opens the cupboard he found no one.

He started digging into his own cupboard to find him but in his heart, he doesn't want to, tears floated from his eyes but he couldn't stop himself. He emptied the cupboard but couldn't find the kid but his presence is coming from the cupboard before he could move he saw his water bottle flipped on the table and hit the ground floor. He got distracted for a bit but again he turned his face to look for the kid and this time the kid's presence was gone from that particular place. He got upset again and again scanned the room and again found five presences four inside the room and one outside the room near the window. Despite checking the other four he focused on the kid's presence like he is a sort of his enemy and he wanted to kill him. He rushes again towards the window and was going to jump but this time he got control of his body and he pushed himself backward but his inner demon kept the force to get control again. He was struggling with himself when he got beaten by himself he got a bang on his head; his hand got scratched by the window corner. He got messed up so badly that he pulled his own hair and at the end, he ran toward the wall and hit his head so badly that he saw blood from his head.

Within a second he started feeling normal and Mat saw that all of a sudden those shadows and fog disappeared and he felt a bit weak too. He fall on the floor and lastly, he saw a hand approaching his head and then he closed his eyes.

The time now is 7:00 am, he opened his eyes and saw Olivia sleeping on the couch next to him. He check the time that he is late today, he get up and went to the bathroom to get changed came back, and saw she wasn't there. He started getting ready for school, went straight downstairs to see his mother, and saw no one was downstairs. He looked here and there but no one is there. He thought maybe they left he is the one who is late today, so, he took a piece of bread and close the door went to pick up Dav on his way to school.
