Chapter # 8 As it started!

After school, when they were on their way home, both of them were happy walking side by side and totally out of this world. They were so involved in the eyes each other that makes the entire world invisible in front of them. But Dav wouldn't leave Mat alone, so he ran towards Mat by calling his name in the middle of those long trees and disturbed their moment. Mat asked,

"Dude! relax and what happened?"

"What relax?! where were you? I've been looking for you the entire day in school and guess what on your chair I found your bag instead of you; any explanation bro?"

Mat looked at Olivia and she nodded her head as a sign that she makes him invisible in the school to enjoy their day together at school. He smiled and said,

"Well, I wasn't in the mood today to attend the classes; so I bunk the day."

"What, without me? Or were you with someone? don't tell me that you were with that punk."

"No, and yes, I was not alone but I wasn't with him either."

"Okay! now you lost me."

"I mean that was with myself, and my thoughts; you know all of a sudden this world started looking more beautiful than before and it make me be alone and enjoy each moment. Dont mind me but for sure I did forget about you."

"So, who is she?"

Mat and Olivia got confused, that how can he even sees her? where she can't be seen or no one can see her except Mat?! Olivia looked at Dav and sees that he cant and looked at Mat by showing an expression to ask him and here he started to think she is cute. She looked at him angrily and he was just going to ask Dav but he asked first,

"Bro! are you alright? "

"Yes, what's wrong with me; I am perfectly fine."

"Then why are you looking that way and smiling?"

"Ah, nothing just like that."

"Alright! now I want to know who is or should I dig some investigation."

"Where is she?"

"That's what I am asking from you dude, who is she and where is she? is she from our school or your neighbor etc, because whoever she is I bet she must be beautiful and you know why? because this happy face of yours is telling everything and trust me I am so happy for you and literally wanna thank her that she makes your world bright."

"Dude! She is an angel and I bet if you see her you will lose your mind too. She is the prettiest girl I ever see in my life."

Dav smiled and hugged him, while Olivia blushed and disappeared. Mat and Dav talked about the school and started walking home. When Dav went to his home and Mat was alone on way to his home he thought to call out to Olivia but before he could, she replied;

"Better to go home and study and for the moment let's have some privacy; also I am near and watching you but will only appear if I want to. I know you will ask why but you are smart you will understand why."

Mat was standing in the middle of his way home he listen to her voice and smiled. He understood why she needed that privacy as it is just the beginning of their relationship a new name that they have given. He didn't question her but accepted her wish and went straight to home. He saw the gate was open already, he entered and saw no one in the kitchen; he check and call his mother in the entire house but no one was there he went outside the lounge to see if maybe she did laundry and soaked the clothes on the rope.

As he came and saw his mother was there and he got a bit of relief and went straight to hug her. She was surprised by his behavior as he hug his mother rarely and only those moments when he is emotional, worried, and happy. So, she didn't ask but wanted to check his expression first; but Mat asked,

"Where were you? I've been looking for you in the entire house and even today I didn't see you and went to school."

"I went earlier I came into your room but you were in deep sleep, so didn't disturb you and went outside to buy some groceries for home. But what happened dear? everything alright?"

"Yes, everything is perfectly fine it's just you were missing from the morning."

"Sorry, dear next time will keep that in mind to pull your leg from the bed and then go out for groceries."

They laughed and Mat took the basket and both of them went to the house. She makes a sandwich for him and Mat makes coffee for both of them. They sat at the dining table and start eating their snack and talk about their day as the time is 3:30 pm. Mrs.Jackson asked him,

"So, how's your day, today?"

"It was awesome and beautiful."

"Okay! beautiful is noted."

"Yeah, I mean it was beautiful weather so you can say that."

"Well, for me it's just normal weather nothing so specific about it as nothing special happen for me but for you; I do believe!"

Mat put his sandwich down and looked her in the eyes smiled and said,

"Your boy fell in love, my majesty."

She is so happy for him that she stood up hugged and kissed him on the forehead and went to her seat and asked,

"Finally my boy find a girl, I am so happy for you that I can't express it properly. So, tell me who is she?"

"Her name is Olivia and I can't tell you more because first I want to know her more."

"Alright! but at least you can show her picture to me."

"Actually, I dont have any picture of her with me right now but I do promise will show you one day soon."

Both smiled and his mother didn't ask more as she understand privacy is something in a relationship and she believe that her son's choice will be the best choice. Olivia was standing there and heard everything, she thought that he shouldn't have to tell his family about her as she is not even alive or a human being at all. She wanted to be part of their family too but how? it seems a bit tough for her. Olivia thought to discuss this matter with Mat and so she went towards his room but she was about to open the door she disappeared again.

Mat was at the table with his mother, he felt something and started looking here and there and this time his mother too. She felt like there is third-party existence in their house. She likes to read or watch traffic horror stories or movies through which she learned some tips about their existence. Within a while, the electricity of their house went off, and things started shaking slowly; it is the moment when Mat will face the truth about his power.
