Chapter 23

"Then I won't be ashamed anymore Sir," Freya said happily and ran to a cotton candy store, she was happy to see the salesman making other colors of goods.

"Sir, can I ask for one?"

"Ma'am, I'm not asking for this—"

“I'll pay.” He interjected and handed the whole thousand to the salesman. The man nodded when he handed over the money.

"Get as many as you want," he murmured in Freya’s right ear. She was excited and quickly grabbed two pieces of cotton candy, then turned to Lessan.

"Lord your one."

"I don't eat that."

"Don't you want to, Lord? Then it's sad—"

Freya didn't finish what she was going to say when Maximus took the food and quickly took a bite of it.

"We haven't eaten rice yet, we can't eat plenty of street foods," he said which Freya ignored and approached another store.

Lessan just shook his head before following the woman.

"Sir! Your change!"

They had a few more stores to eat when Freya thought of sitting on a bench while holding something to eat.

Lessan sighed and stepped aside from the chair, he was able to walk freely throughout the amusement park because in the silly place, people treated him equally. If you are an artist or what they will not treat you like that, you are free to walk around without stopping you to be able to take a picture or whatever. Lessan often came back here whenever he wanted to take a break from his career and trouble.

"Sir, what are those? Why are so many people on board? Aren't they scared?" Freya asked and pointed to the rides, her forehead just frowning when she saw the people on the roller coaster.

"Why do they still seem so happy? Did they want to disappear from the world?"

"You're really that crazy! Do you want to ride there? It's a pastime for people. It's called a roller coaster and it's a ferris wheel, if you ride there you'll know it's fun."

"I don't want to Lord, I'll just sit here and eat."

"You won't enjoy your night here if you won't try one of those rides, I'll guide you," he said and mother Freya stood up.

"Sir?"

"Let's go Freya, don't worry I'll help you."

"Not just Sir."

"No, I want to ride there with you. Don't yell at me, I'll be angry."

Freya just pouted when she heard the word angry, she stood up and let go of the man. He has the ability to do magic so he is not afraid that what he is worried about is Lessan.

"Sir, are you sure that thing is fun?"

"Yes."

"Isn't that dangerous?"

"Nope"

"Sir I don't understand your answer."

"Just follow."

After lining up and buying a ticket they went straight and sat on the roller coaster, Lessan looked at Freya and adjusted her seatbelt.

"Fasten your seatbelt Ma'am/Sir," said a staff member

The two of them sat up and looked ahead, it started to move slowly until it speeded up and turned around one after another. Lessan expects Freya to be afraid and scream in fear but until the round is over and their vehicle stops, she is silent and just stares at him as if watching her. Sometimes he is afraid of the woman's mother-in-law, who wouldn't if he was just staring at you all the time.

Lessan sighed as they got off the roller coaster, Freya grabbed him by the arm and looked at him from head to toe.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm just making sure you're safe Lord."

“Freya! I'm fine, aren't you happy?"

"Enjoyed our ride, I'm happy Lord but it's still more fun to fly in the sky and fall to the ground."

Lessan just scratched his neck until Ada could sit on a bench.

"You're just here Freya, I'll just take a shower"

"You can hope, Lord, but can I ask for the paper you gave to the Lord earlier so that he would allow me to take food?"

"Here, don't go away. Come back here after you buy.” He said and handed her a thousand before turning around and leaving. Freya just stared at Lessan to get away until it turned into an alley.

"People are happy when they're in the air, it's just that they can't do that with the help of those things," he said to himself and approached a liquor store.

"Lady, can I ask for water? Accept it in return," she said and handed over the money. The seller smiled and handed her a bottle of mineral water.

"Repay your sister."

Freya was surprised when the girl handed over her change. He immediately shook his head and spoke.

"Accept that young lady.” She smiled at her. “I have enough water."

"Really sister, thank you very much."

Freya smiled and walked back to the bench. He was close to the bench but he stopped when he saw a girl walking alone, holding a toy. If you look, it's been two years.

"What does a child do and be alone?"

He asked himself and acted to approach the child, but he was only a few steps away when a fast car ran into the child.

Freya stopped suddenly but immediately ran and approached the child. It was bloody and unconscious.

"Wake up! Please stare!" she said almost exhausted for what happened. "Please!"

He shook his shoulder and wiped the blood dripping from his forehead. One after another the man approached around them, but Freya ignored that and immediately performed magic. She placed her palm into the child's forehead and put an enchant on it. Freya the goddess can heal sickness but she didn't think that she was in a human body so the magic she did could affect her mortal body. It took a few seconds for him to do this until he felt weak and did not notice the blood running down his nose.

"Freya?! What are you doing?!!”
