Chapter 38

"Yeah, I noticed you love flowers. You look like a goddess of nature so I brought you here. Did you like it?" He asked and smiled genuinely. If Freya wasn't weird, she would have fallen for the man's smiles. He gently touched the girl's palm and kissed her. She stopped for a moment but immediately recovered and smiled before pulling her palm and hurriedly approached the flowers. The man just scratched his neck before following.

"Once these plants feel thirsty. I need to give them something to drink." He heard Freya say while a flower was sown.

"How did you know he looks fine?"

"I can hear their voices."

He stopped laughing to avoid Freya get surprise. He just rolled his eyes around and immediately approached a water sprinkler.

"Okay let's give them a drink." He smiled strangely and pulled Freya close to him.

“What are you doing Helios?” She asked in surprise as they just stood there.

"Just a moment."

"But the heat of the sun is already hurting the skin"

"Yeah, for sure the water will splash after a minute because it’s triggered the system of the water sprinkle—"

“Ahh!” The maiden shouted as the water sprinkler opened all around and they were wet.

"Hahahaha!!" Gabriel laughed loudly and squeezed the girl's cheek. They were both soaking wet.

"There they are watered"

"Yes, but we have also."

"And? What's up haha! Let's go home wet"

The woman pouted her lips which made Gab smile more. God, her pout touched this perfect guy’s heart.

"You're so cute." He mouthed. “Would you like to eat Ice cream?” He added.

"Ice cream?"

"Come and taste it" He said and pulled the woman to the ice cream shop.

"Two pieces please." He said to the salesman who did it right away.

"I'll add a little more."

"I'll go ahead sir, next time there will be an extra fee, okay?"

Gab laughed and took the two ice creams from the cone handed to him by the salesman. He handed one to Freya who was wondering what the thing was.

"That's food.” He said. When Freya tried to swallow the whole Ice cream, she quickly stopped it.

"Nah! Not like that, imitate me." He said and licked the ice cream.

"Try it.”

Gab's laughter filled the area as ice cream was put on Freya's face. He found her cute so he couldn't help but squeeze her cheeks.

“God, you're so cute.” He smiled. “I can't have this kind of moment with you again after Gab introduces you to everyone as his wife." He mouthed while staring at her. He wanted to fulfill his day with Freya's presents.

“Wow !?” Gab said in amazement when they returned to his unit the media was gone. As soon as he entered, he immediately looked for Lessan inside.

"What happened?" He asked Lessan who was holding the cell phone while lying on the couch, a bottle of wine on the table and a glass opened for him. He turned his gaze before answering.

"I have press-con tomorrow"

"That's why they all disappeared. Get in Freya we're dry." Gab said as Lessan frowned and sat down.

“Why do you both look so stupid?” Lessan.

"Get dressed." Helios said to Freya and smiled at her who was followed by the girl. Gab sat on the single couch opposite with Lessan.

“Enjoyed?” Lessan asked irritated. Seemed like his day did not go well.

"Yes."

"Wow, so where did you bring her?"

"What's your press-con plan?"

"I'm asking about where did you bring her?"

Gab took a bottle of drink from the center table and then poured it into the glass and stared at him.

"You didn't say you were going to drink. Let's go home with Freya right away."

"Are you deaf, Gab? Seriously or are you deliberately changing the subject!?"

"Hey, Bro. Relax!"

"God! You brought my wife outside. What if someone saw you? Another issue to solve, huh?"

"Oh! Wife…" Gab repeated the word wife

"I'm serious, Gab."

"Fine, no one saw. She's on her disguise."

Lessan just shook because of his reaction. Why was he so concerned about the woman when he saw this wet chick coming home?

"And why the heck she looks stupid?"

"We too a shower together.” Gab chuckled “That was so fun.”

"Shower?!!"

"Kidding, I got dampen when the water sprinkler opened. Don't worry, Lessan. I will always take care of Freya. I'm always beside her."

"Oh. You took him to your favorite place." He added and just shrugged. He was sure that Gab would not do anything bad that would make him angry.

“So, what’s your plan?” Gab.

"You have to prepare her for tomorrow and soon before Dad visits me here. I'm sure when the news reaches her, she will go home to the Philippines to hit me."

"And Alisha?"

"I don't mind her."

"How about what she might do to Freya? You know how powerful Freya too."

"I shouldn't care about her right now. I have to think about my career my fans will definitely be reduced because of me having a stupid wife"

"Besides, you're always beside her." Lessan’s language seems to be pissed off pertaining to the last words of Gab that he is always by Freya's side.

"Good, I like her, Lessan." Gab said with a serious tone and also looked at Lessan seriously. "Since the first I saw her on the hospital, I really like her.” He added

“Whatever!” Lessan said and sucked the last drop of his drinks. "I don't have a pack for him and whatever you have right now. I need my career." He added when he finished drinking.

Lessan has already washed his face a few times because he tried to call Gab several times about Freya but his cellphone was out of coverage area. He is currently in a room and his press conference for today will begin in an hour. But he can't talk to Gab now.

"God!" he mouthed when Gab answered his last call.

"Sorry, I woke up late."

"What? You just woke up !!? What will happen to Freya? Are you planning to bring her with that stupid—”

"Stupid what? She's so pretty, with or without make up. You can introduce her to everyone with her simplicity. She's the prettiest girl I've ever met."
