Chapter 12

Lessan sighed and washed his face with his palms. “Alright. I’m sorry. What is it?”

She sat back on the edge of the bed. Crossed her arms. “Where are we going to start finding my friend Apolla? I don’t know where she was but I knew she’s here.”

He shook his head. “I’m sorry, I don’t know. You should be the one to know it. But I promise, you will have my help until you find her.” Why would Lessan tell her this thing? He’s not good as what Freya thought he was. He was willing to help Freya because he needed something from her. He knew she can solve everything. She was powerful and really innocent to their world.

The smile he saw her lips a while ago disappeared. She went sad again thinking about her friend Apolla. She cannot go back to their world without her. Her mother will surely punish her and also Apolla’s mother if they found out she was missing because of her. Because she was stubborn and loved to break the rules. What she gonna do know? “I don’t even know too but I will try my best to find her.”

*Knock – Knock*

They heard someone knocking the door of his room.

“Sir, Lessan. Ms. Alisa was downstairs.”
