Clara POV      All I can see is black. What did I expect? I'm walking through a dark tunnel in the castle without any source of light. I messed up trying to light my torch properly, so I could no longer use that torch to light the tunnel. I should've listened to Guavey when he told me to bring extra supplies just in case.       Instead I used the wall to guide myself through the dark, one hand on the wall, while the other was wrapped around the strap on my satchel. I wore some older dirty clothes and some old shoes so that while I was in the castle I could do my job without getting caught.  The old clothes helped me to blend in with some servant girls, so as long as I was quiet, and out of the way, no one would suspect a thing.       I cursed quietly as my foot hit stone, jamming my toe painful. I'd finally reached the staircase, my feet were numb to the bone. I carefully climbed the stairs, relieved to find that there were only a few of them, and waited by the tunnel's exit to see if I could hear anyone on the other side.Phew, no one.      I quietly climbed out of the tunnel, and slipped into a long stone corridor that was beautifully decorated with tapestries, flowers, and rugs. I didn't have much time to take a look at the decor, because I knew I only had a short amount of time before nightfall, and I had to be home before then, or I'd be in trouble. My one goal now was to find a way to get the bottle in my satchel, to the prince...      First I had to find the Prince. He'd have to be alone so no one else would see me go in to bring the Prince something to drink, otherwise they would know, and I'd be punished severely, Likely sentenced to death. I turned into another hall when I could hear faint arguing from down the hall.      ".....your fault......no....but you must.... how did I come to raise a son like you..."      I knew I couldn't hear most of the conversation, but from what I heard it didn't sound good. I went down the hall quietly and hid in a small alcove near the door from where the arguing was coming from.       "YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO THIS FAMILY!" one of the voices shouted so loudly, it made me jump. Whoever was yelling was furious with whoever it was he was arguing with.      "But father-"       "NO BUTS! WE TOLD YOU NEVER TO LEAVE THE CASTLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!"      "But the people, they're starving. I just wanted to-"      "TO WHAT?!?!? HELP THEM?!?!?! THEY DESERVE WHATEVER LIFE THEY ARE LIVING, IT IS NOT OF OUR PLACES TO WORRY ABOUT THEIR WELL BEING! JUST OUR OWN!"      A loud whipping sound came from the room. I knew that sound well... whoever this man was arguing with was getting punished for trying to help some people from going hungry. This was awful... I felt bad for whoever it was that was getting punished. I knew how much it hurt to have your own father beat you for not obeying. Guavey used to do the same thing to me whenever I disobeyed him. He may not be my real father, but being the one to take me in after my real father passed away, he was the closest thing to my father now.       The arguing had stopped and I held my breath as I saw a man leaving the room. I hid deeper so he wouldn't see me and know I'd been eavesdropping. As he walked past me I saw he was a very big, and surely man, maybe in his mid forties, with dark hair and a thick beard streaked with slight hints of grey. But most importantly, the man was wearing a crown....      Which meant the person who'd he'd been arguing was the Prince.
