FREYA CARTER Zurich greeted us in shades of steel and glass. Cold sky and clean air, something that is so rare for us especially when the city we live in is filled with pollution. There was precision in every movement around us. The car waiting on the runway was sleek and black, windows tinted dark enough to reflect our own expressions back at us. Logan slid in first. Of course he did. Rowan placed a hand lightly at my back as I stepped inside after him, then took the seat beside me without hesitation. We were sitting opposite to Logan. I didn’t think about it when I simply moved closer, it only felt natural. We were close enough that our thighs were touching. He simply placed his arm behind me along the leather seat. It seemed as if he was doing it subconsciously and I loved it .
