"You are not thinking!" she shouted. Her face is so red in embarrassment. She couldn't calm herself walking back and forth.
"Thinking what?"
"Why did you kiss me?!" she asked, raising her voice.
"Stop walking! You are making me dizzy."
She stopped walking and stares at him and eventually looks aways. She can't look at him directly in the eyes after what happened in the elevator.
Arthur stepped forward going to her.
In a minute, she felt his hands cupping her face and lift it up to face him, "Look at me." He commanded. She didn't follow him, "Look at me, Porch. Please," he pleaded.
She didn't know but she feels like she is hypnotized by him when her eyes look at him.
"I mean what I've said was true. I like you from the very first start," he said sincerely, talking to her eyes.
