“We’re approaching Miami,” said the pilot.
Jake nodded. He had slept two hours after the short takeoff from Virginia and now he was ready to pull the curtains to see what there was to see below.

The Gulfstream had all the amenities. There was a bedroom in the back with a full-size bed and bathroom with gold fixtures. The main cabin had six seats, one by each window with two windows without seats. There was no attendant on the twin-engine jet but the co-pilot showed him before takeoff how the television and DVD worked, as well as the bar.
