I was feeling nervous and agitated when I stepped into the gym. This wasn't like any other training she would be there to watch, my mate and my love I wanted to impress her and make her proud of me .
I could feel the change in myself I was stronger . But was I ready ? We didn't know when Lance would issue his challenge and I had to be prepared both in human and wolf form .
Which brought me to another problem : my wolf wanted to mark and mate Casey. Badly .
It's not as if I didn't want the whole world to know that she was mine but something held me back. The same thing that prevented me from shifting and from standing up to my bullies including my own brother.
An emotion that I hated but couldn't seem to get rid of no matter how hard I tried.
