I held the letter addressed to me by my dad with shaky hands . I had to read the content many times to my self to verify I what I read the first time was true.
The was silence in the room as everyone tried to process the information. I had to call my friends and Casey to help me decide .
Once again i read the letter to make sure I fully understood what it meant.
My dear son Luke,if you're reading this it means I'm gone. I know we didn't have the best relationship during our last years but I have always watched over you from a distance. I regret never being there for you and for letting my grief and anger get the best of me. I want to make things right and give you back your title.
