I couldn't help the smile that spread across my face. It was strange being able to talk to him now, and I didn't really use my mindlink much, but it was nice. I felt a lot better today. I didn't feel as sore and my eye wasn't swollen, just bruised now. I knew I needed to sort this out with my brother and Marcus. I just really didn't want to argue with them anymore. I got up and got dressed. I slept in Damian's top last night. I could catch a little scent of vanilla and sandalwood, it soothed me. I checked my phone again and Selene had texted me asking how I was feeling and if I needed anything. I sent her a quick reply telling her I was feeling better, and I was ok.
