George's pov

I had been given the duty of babysitting sansa while she was so distraught. I don't know how to handle her nowadays. One minute she is adult and the next throwing a tantrum.

I don't understand why Mr Michael is not giving me the order to give her the necessary shots and make it easy for all of us.

It is not like it has not happened before. When I was new I was actually shocked at how she was only ever given her medication in the form of shots only in her bottom never hands. The doctor had explained it was their kink and this job paid alot more than any other as long as I keep my mouth shut so I don't have a problem but nowadays I just think if he would atleast give her one dose of the shot or maybe one of those punishments he's so fond of giving her.

Right now she's taking a nap after crying through the better part of her breakfast and TV time. Mr Michael had told me to give the old butler a bottle of mild sedative that could be added in her milk so that she would sleep easily and that was how it was being handled right now.

I greet my employer at the door and tell him that his wife is sleeping.

He tells me to come to his study.

Literally his study freaks me out a little bit.

Whatever.

"I'm going to tell you the plan for Sunday, I've taken a appointment for sansa, as you were not there for her last appointment I want to warn you that these are a nasty business in this house hold" he said sitting in his chair completely relaxed as if we were talking about the weather instead of drugging his wife.

"even before all of this" he motioned with his hands

"she had trouble going to the doctors for her checkup and she has always been taking birth control shots, which she does not like much either. Tomorrow will be more of the same, it is still new for us too, but the doctor warned me that we might spend all day at the clinic tomorrow because she is behind on alot of things"he said.

"what am I supposed to do tomorrow?"

I asked

"yes, I want you to go there before us and get everything settled, I have requested that no other person be there but I'm not sure. My warning to you is that there might be alot of tears and screaming so be prepared, I cannot have you freak out like before "he raised an eyebrow

" of course sir, I will stay calm. At that time I was relatively inexperienced "

" you may rest "he said

I nodded and went to sleep because I needed my rest before tomorrow I had a feeling that it will be hard for me too along with Mrs sansa Michael.

Next day,

The next day starts almost the same as the ones before it with sansa being moody, George had left for the clinic in the morning.

Sansa had screamed and cried after being told that she was going to the clinic.

She had a fair idea what would happen there.

And there was lots of screaming about no shots before Michael had to give her one hell of a s******g after breakfast. She was s*****d otk till all fight left her. When she was sobbing and not able so say anything. Michael cuddled her in his lap, rocking her gently and then fed her a bottle of milk which she fussed before accepting.

She was quite after that, he dressed her and they started for the doctors office.

They were greeted by George, who took them inside and said that the doctor was sorry because he had to check on another patient who was here.

Michael asked to be taken there instantly because he could feel sansa getting nervous and at the verge of tears again. He changed his strict behaviour with her instead started cuddling and trying to sooth her fears.

His baby was so scared,he was worried she might wet her pants.

She kept hiding behind him so he finally picked her up which seemed to settle her a bit.

They were led towards a room where the highlight was a thin naked girl, with long black hair that were nicely braided. She was on the hospital bed in the middle of the room. Her arms and legs were retained and she had a ball gag in her mouth. Her stomach was swollen like she was pregnant but Michael could see that the doctor was checking on the enema bag hanging from the IV pole, she was making mewing noises begging the doctor with her eyes while he ignored her.

Almost all the bag was empty.

The girl was naked except for the collar she was wearing on her neck.

Sansa had also looked at everything curiously.

Michael finally noticed a man not much older than he sitting on the sofa and working on his laptop as if very busy.

"sorry for the inconvenience Mr Michael but Mr Sebastian had to bring his petgirl in the morning because she needed some treatment, I will be with you shortly please take a seat" the doctor greeted them and told them to sit on the chairs in front of his desk in the big room.

Sansa had by now hidden into his neck quite successfully.

His little baby was nervous and aroused after looking at the girl on the bed.

He chuckled after feeling the wetness with his fingers.

They both watched and listened as the doctor talked to Mr Sebastian.

"Mr Sebastian, after the bag is done we will let it work for 20 minutes after which the nurse here will help your girl to the restroom. I'm sure after her treatment you will find her flushed of all bad behaviour and sass" the doctor said to the man

The man leaned down toward the woman and petted her hair on her forehead.

He kissed her brow and smiled at her begging eyes, she was trying to say something but they could not make it.

"now you know kitten, what happens to sassy pets who don't listen to their masters. I'm sure you'll be much more complaint to out guests in the party tonight"

He said to the woman who nodded at him pleading to release the water filling her insides.

"thank you doctor, I'm sure my seraphina appreciates your help" Mr Sebastian shakes his hand with the doctor and went beck to his seat to work on his laptop while his petgirl moaned and waited for the time to be over.

Michael and sansa both watched this and finally when the doctor was with them, sansa was separated from him by a nurse who took her to another room to prepare her for the day. Changing her gown, weight etc.

She tried to stay but Michael kissed her head and gave her hand to another stranger.

Michael and the doctor discussed what Michael wanted for sansa today.

He was informed that she was due a flu shot, her birth control, and what shots she needed for her headspace problem.

Michael decided to go with the one shot the doctor recommended for the headspace, it was only a single dose but burned alot more than the normal shots.

She might feel sick for the rest of the day but she would not need more shots for quite sometime the doctor explained. He told the doctor to get the others done before he gave her the big pinch.

They both walked into the exam room where sansa was while George and another nurse helped the beautiful seraphina from the bed.
