The first shot

"wake up honey" Michael kissed sansa awake in the morning, he was in a serious mood today although he was trying not to show it, he hoped sansa didn't do anything naughty today for the sake of her bottom because he was not in a forgiving mood although he mostly only used his hand when she was in her headspace.

Sansa rubbed her eyes and made grabby hands for him

"daddy"

"shhh, baby, come on let's get you up and about"

"he picked her and gave her a light smack on her adorable butt taking her to the bathroom to get her ready, after setting her on the toilet he quickly went to his room and got the cream for her bottom, he had meant to apply it yesterday night but didn't get the chance.

Sansa was standing butt naked in the room holding Mr carrots when he came back, he went to the panty drawer and got a thong for her, he sat on the bed and beckoned her with his hand.

"sansa, come here"

"good girl, now turn around"

He rubbed the cream on her bottom throughly and then dressed her in a loose shirt and the thong.

"daddy up pwease" she made grabby hands again.

"no baby, let the cream absorb after that okay"

"yesh daddy"

He took her hand in his and went to the dining table where their breakfast was already ready,

He sat on the chair and made sansa straddle him so that her bum was not touching anything except air.

He started feeding both of them

"littleone, after this I'll feed you a bottle too okay"

He kissed her nose.

She nodded

"where did you go yesterday daddy, I miss you so much"

She hugged him, her eyes filling quickly

He rubbed her back.

He thought about it, should he tell her anything when she is so small.

He decided against it.

"just some business honey, I'm sorry, daddy will not leave you today"

"she looked at him so he added" we can sleep in my bed today what say hmm"

He tickled her tummy and she laughed forgetting everything else.

After breakfast he made her stand facing away and checked again to make sure her cream had dried.

It was almost gone, he messaged the residue quickly while she squealed "daddyyy"

"all done, all done baby"

He picked her up and took her to the living room where the butler brought her bottle, he settled her in his lap and fed her the bottle.

"go to George's room and collect samples from all of the medicines in his fridge and give it to a man who is waiting outside" he gave the order to the butler

He put cartoon for sansa and sat with her cuddling his lap.

Flashback

Sansa and Michael were very nervous because today they were going to try the shot on sansa the first time, they had met a very trusted doctor who was the doctor of a little girl wife of one of his associates and friend. They had told him their situation and he had given the perfect solution in the form of a young man named George he was a nurse working for him, the doctor said that he came from a orphanage and wanted to make money so was easily available. They met him and after sansa and Michael were satisfied decided to go through with the shot to see if it will work.

Next came the discussion of what type of shots would Mrs Michael need, because sansa was so nervous she was not in her headspace and Michael told the doctor how she struggled to go into headspace

"Well, Mr Michael I have the perfect solution for that problem of yours" the doctor smiled at sansa and she grabbed his hand tightly.

"and that will be?" Michael raised an eyebrow.

"sir this usually happens when the lady in taking stress or is not relaxed enough, we will simply inject some muscle relaxants and some other drugs we have here, that will make her fall asleep and after she wake from her nap she will be in her headspace" doctor explained carefully looking at the couple.

"are they safe, the drugs"

"why of course Mr Michael"

"any sideffects?" Michael asked

"see it works like this mainly it will pain a bit when it is inserted, the littleone may cry alot some don't and their is soreness afterwards but it can be handled easily with creams. The good part about them is that if the little ones are prone to nightmares or are going through any trauma it relieves these symptoms, I should warn you that only one shot itself is not very effective, we need to administer courses of injections "

Michael looked at sansa

" will it hurt alot?? "sans said in a small voice looking at her lap

Michael immediately picked her and sat her in his lap she put her face in his chest finding comfort.

The doctor was looking at them quitely

"well I'm sure you can handle it for Mr Michael right, you can have one shot today, right here and then decide if you want to hire George"

"what do you think baby"

"I'm scared daddy"

She murmured

Michael though about it

"okay we will think about it, but she can not alway have these what others do you suggest?

" we need to do a blood test of Mrs Michael, she happens to be underweight, if she has any deficiency that can be seen through this?"

" okay we'll come back after I talk to my wife and see if she's taking the shot"

"very well"

They walked to the private room on the side to talk Michael looked into her eyes and asked her of she wanted to do it, she was not in her headspace completely but due to the overwhelming situation slipping a little, they both decided to give it a try and later decide if they would make it a permanent part of their relationship.

Michael walked into the exam room holding sansa's hand tightly in his and the doctor looked up, the had taken an hour, Michael had been cuddling sansa to show his love and when she said in a very low voice that she was ready, he kissed her forehead and bought her back.

"we will have the shot today and the blood test after that"

"very well then, a moment please, I would like Mrs Michael to raise her dress and take her panties down" the doctor went out of the room after saying that while Michael kissed and hugged sansa and said thank you, she shyly looked at him.

She was wearing a knee length dress Michael took down her panties till just below her bottom and hugged her and they waited.

The doc entered with nurse George who was carrying a tray with the necessary equipments

" would you please lay her down on the table"

Michael tried to do that but sansa was not leaving him, he looked at the doctor.

"okay we will give it to her on your lap then, sit down and make her strandle you"

Michael had to take her panties completely down while the nurse prepared the shot in the background

And settle her so that he was rocking her a bit while she straddled his lap.

Doctor sat on a stool and lifted sansa's dress above a bottom

"don't clench your cheeks please Mrs Michael"

Sansa tried very hard to unclench and finally hanged them loose.

She clutched Michael's shirt quite hard and put her face in the crook of his neck, Michael shushed her, patting her back and then holding her dress so it wouldn't cover her bottom.

"first I will clean the area, then let it dry after which I will dart the syringe and inject the medication" the doctor explained to both of them.

Michael nodded he was fascinated with everything. The doctor cleaned the left cheek and then picked the syringe. Sansa whimpered with fright and Michael watched as the doctor inserted the needle into his wife's butt cheek. Sansa tensed immediately

"ouch"

"unclench Mrs Michael or this will hurt much more!?"

"sansa baby don't!!, loosen them" Michael said and she finally did.

"now I will inject the medication, it will burn a bit" the doctor warned her and started injecting the medicine deep into her bottom.

"owww, oww, oww, hurts"

Her back arched and she felt tears coming in her eyes, the doctor swiftly withdraw the needle while George passed a cotton ball which was pressed to the site.

"it is recommended that you rub the area at least a little so the medicine spreads faster and she falls asleep faster, it aslo helps with the soreness afterwards" he started rubbing it on her shot spot,

"owieee nooo" sansa cried

"stop" Michael got alarmed and the doctor stopped.

Michael put his own hand on the cotton and shushed her while she slowly calmed down and fell asleep on his chest. He looked at the doctor who nodded at him to lay her on the bed, he did so but held her hand, the doctor took some blood, she frowned but didn't wake up, he kept looking at her and waiting for her to wake up so they can talk. When she didn't wake soon he picked her up and went to their home.
