Darren’s POV:
I tried my best to hide both my anger and fear as one of my maid checked the obviously drug induced Maddie. I had checked her pupils and they were seriously dilated. The maid had taken her pulse and did some other tests on her. She was still breathing so she was alive but was unconscious.
Slowly I gazed over my staffs, eyes locking on the kitchen staff first. A lot of people were in this party, both humans and vampires so it would take a long time to find the culprit. I looked over at the kitchen staffs again, if anyone could easily drug her it would have to be from there because they were in charge of all the food. They could have easily snuck something into her food this morning.
