Darren’s POV:
I stared at the curled up Maddie that laid right next to me with a tiny smile curling up the corners of her lips. She snuggled into me and let out a sigh that kind of portrayed that she was happy and… satisfied.
I thought about waking her up and then inviting her to the showers with me but I thought it would be best for her if I didnt, she was probably exhausted already from what we had just finished doing. So at that moment I was content to just listen to the sound of her breathing as she slept and also the sound of her heart. I stared at her and wondered if she was feeling cold.
I pulled the blanket closer to myself and then I used it to cover her.
She grabbed the top of the blanket and used it to cover herself even more, giving off a relaxing sound as she did. I chuck
