Surprise
The next few days were difficult. I didn’t know how this happened, but it turned out that I’d broke my collar bone. Idris did what he could with his limited magic, but Aly had taken me to a human hospital where they fixed me up. At least I wasn’t in excruciating pain anymore, but the healing process would take a bit of time. The human doctor told me I needed to take it easy.
Avianna recouped all her energy and her magic was thriving once again. I was still pretty pissed about everything that had went on in the Lower World. Dara was never supposed to die. It still hurt that I hadn’t been able to cure her, like I did Agnes.
