Potions and elixirs  -It's not often how much dreams a person can have in a night but sometimes it's the times the dreams seems so real that counts.  It was morning already and Sandy was still trying to wake up from her sleep only because she was awake in her dreams, she kept wondering this strange place, locked in a room, her mind kept making her see this things. Lady Mildred had her drink an Elixir that stirs her mind to a peaceful place in her sleep, escaping the pain her arms might cause her as she healed. Sandy was recovering and it was a long wait for Ibinabo. She needed to brief her towards the next training day so she can start combat. She came by the bed in which Sandy laid, fixed a stare on her, pulls up the covers on her and tucks her in properly. Then she exchanged a word with Mildred and departs the Healer's chambers... Her eyes glitches and was slowly opening, the first flash was a bit blurry with a touch of negative colours and the second was also blurry but could identify colours.... Sandy took her finger to her eyes to ease the itch she had to see clearly after waking up from a long rest. She sat up and took a look at the room she laid. This is the third time she has had to wake up in a room she has never been to since she came here. She thought. The candles and ornament in the room brought that vintage look to the room, she stood up a little light headed, feigned and a bit dizzy. She put her hands on the wall for support. She gains back her balance and moves step by step brushing her hands on the dusty and fine coated walls, it felt like taking a walk through an old museum, caressing the sculptures and touching every artifact. She never noticed the Pain in her Arm was there no more as she raised it to touch one of the pieces of coloured seashells that hung from the ceiling down to the middle of the room. She wondered if this things makes this room beautiful or they just use them to perform some sort of Divination. Sandy went further to explore the room and found a bottle of frail Baccardi on the shelf where Lady Mildred kept her potions and Elixir. She tries to reach out through to it but its too high up for her hand to reach no matter how much she stretched. "Be care you don't sprain an Ankle in the process, here let me help you."... Again Ibinabo with the unannounced appearance, it gave Sandy a fright. "The more I look the more I find out that this life isn't mine. What happened to my family? How did you find me?, Tell me every you know. I need to find out how that bottle got there. It was Grandpa's before the Shipwreck"... Sandy was so eager to find out if she didn't go to bed with anger issues. "Young One, it's not a good time to be asking questions. Train yourself first. You need to defend yourself first." Ibinabo said as she took back the bottle from Sandy's hands and put it back on top of the shelf. Sandy realized Ibinabo was hiding something but she couldn't go ahead to say it. "You ll stay here till tomorrow, I ll be back to see how you fare. Get some rest, Mildred will be with you soon. She is tending to Desmond." She said with a smirk. Sandy understood the smirk but not the need to sleep in here as it felt like a shrine but a very artistic one. " In the mean time take this, Mildred had this for you to help ease the nightmares, she said you were asphyxiating in your sleep. She nodded in affirmation, took the second cup of elixir that Ibinabo handed to her and swallowed it as it tasted like cocktail with Rum but as it went through the throat it left her trachea with a cold sensation. It's almost like she neutralized mint and lemons as her major ingredients. Ibinabo saw her swallow the potion and then went ahead to move on outside the room. Sandy roamed through the room and went back to lay on the bed. She laid up front facing the roof and watching the seashells whirl with wind that soothes the air... The colours started fading, her visions started glitching, she felt her soul separate from her body and thereafter she gave in to the effect of the potion and drifted off to a deep slumber. If a mind was a maze Sandy would have found her way out of hers by now. She opened her eyes and this time she was still asleep but awake in it. She was at the Ship, she could hear the Captain yell to the Sailors to drag the anchor and steer towards the east to avoid a tsunami stir as the Strom was hitting the ship heavily. Suddenly she heard the Captain yell "God save us all" and then finally a loud thunder number and a crashing impact that gave her a blackout. This seemed like a flashback as Sandy grasped for breath and rose up again in the healing room. She put her head down again as she saw Lady Mildred at the corner mixing potions and chanting words, the bottle glowed and she would keep above in the shell. Sandy was running out of strength to keep her eye on lady Mildred as she did what she knows to do best. Mix healing potions and offer peace to a troubled mind. She drifted off to a second phase of peace and nothingness. This time she saw herself back home with her mother and family having Dinner, it was Christmas and it was snowing outside. She walked through tiny memories in her head through out the night till the birds started chirping bringing her slowly out of her dreams back to where she laid. The dreams were meant to open up her mind towards new revelations but Sandy was yet to get the message as this dreams are all faint when she wakes and makes almost no sense.
